Who was your most influential music teacher?
I have been strongly influenced by all of my teachers, particularly the world class faculty of Northwestern University.

My sister used to play French Horn, but I am now the only one in my family on a musical path.

What are your musical influences?
From Led Zeppelin to Chopin, I am influenced by music and musicians that understand the manipulation of expressive energy.

What’s on your iPod?
Prokofiev, Mozart, Mahler, Chopin, Led Zeppelin, Shostakovich, Jimi Hendrix, Pink Floyd, and so many other things.
