Bring a Group

We are happy to accommodate groups of all sizes! Ticket discounts are available for groups of 10 or more.

Groups of 10 or more receive discounted admission to Northshore Concert Band performances. The exact amount of the discount depends on the concert, type of group, and ticket availability.

To start the process, please reach out via the Contact Us form linked above. A representative from the Band will reach out to you with a promo code that activates your group pricing. Tickets for all Northshore Concert Band performances are issued through Eventbrite, which requires payment in full by credit card at the time of purchase. If you would like to pay by check or in installments, please contact info@northshoreband.org.

Northshore Concert Band hosts concerts at two venues. Please double check your ticket confirmation email to confirm the venue for each performance.

Winter & Spring Concerts
Pick-Staiger Concert Hall, Northwestern University, Evanston, Illinois

Fall & Summer Concerts
McGrath Family Performing Arts Center, Loyola Academy, Wilmette, Illinois

We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes in advance of the concert to allow enough time for drop-off, using the restroom, finding your seats, and reading the program notes. Each attendee should have their ticket in-hand when entering the concert venue.

PICK-STAIGER CONCERT HALL
The official bus parking lot for Pick-Staiger Concert Hall is at Ryan Field (Northwestern University Football Stadium Parking, 1501 Central Street, Evanston, IL 60201). Parking along any side street off Sheridan Road is allowed on Sundays, which may provide easier access to the concert hall. Bus parking at the Northwestern University Lakeside Parking Structure is prohibited.

MCGRATH FAMILY PERFORMING ARTS CENTER
School buses and other oversized vehicles may park along the east side of the McGrath Family Performing Arts Center. Overflow parking is available on the south end of the Loyola Academy campus, near the tennis courts and football stadium.

Tickets to all Northshore Concert Band performances are general admission — seats are not assigned. To ensure your group is able to sit together, please plan on arriving at least 30 minutes in advance of the concert.
